Recently, attorneys Joe Escobedo and John Tippit began offering their services as mediators in civil cases.
The initial requests for these services came from attorneys who traditionally represent civil defendants and who had often been on the other side of litigation that we had brought. As a result of these requests, we attended mediation training and received our certification from the Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution at the University of Texas School of Law. We have over 40 years of experience prosecuting, resolving and trying complex civil cases on both sides of the docket. We are both Board Certified and have the experience and knowledge required to tackle these civil cases as mediators or masters. If we can be of assistance, please feel free to call.
